Horsing Around - 2010 Summer Camp

A unique week long horse camp experience for able bodied beginner, advanced beginners and special needs riders on our 11 acre horse farm.

Our camp program serves riders with mild to moderate physical and

cognitive challenges who might also have difficulty with communication and social skills.

The program was developed and is under the direction of a Pediatric Occupational Therapist and instructors are NARHA certified riding instructors.

We strive to help our campers bolster their self confidence and independence, strengthen their bodies, practice appropriate social skills…and have fun! We do this by offering a variety of enriching summer activities that challenge campers in an environment of adventure and unconditional acceptance.
